About Fees Our initial 15 minute consultation by phone or e-mail is at no cost. Office Visits Office visits are scheduled for 60 minutes. When otherwise arranged, additional time is pro-rated. Phone, Fax and eMail Fees can be negotiated at the end of our initial free consultation. Crisis Hotline An ongoing series of eMail or phone sessions is available for times of crisis; This option offers consultation several times a week as needed; Fees can be adjusted to meet individual circumstances. Payment Accounts can be settled at the time of our office consultation, by check, Visa or Mastercard. Phone, fax, and eMail consultations may be settled by credit card. We believe that the risks of suffering credit card fraud through eMail are greatly exaggerated. Nonetheless, we suggest that you supply your card information by phone at the time you schedule your appointment.
